I like that it gives you the ability to have a record for each auction item so when an end bidder comes in, we are able to keep track and see who is bidding on what items. It also allows us to send out our mailing list with all the information about the auctions as well. Sometimes there can be some lag time between clicking something or sending something from one page to another which makes having the right info sometimes not available but overall its been pretty easy! There isn't really anything i dislike at this point. Definitely check them out if your looking into using their platform for listing your auctions online. They make sure everything runs smoothly and they help guide you through any questions you may have along the way. We used Auction Co-chair before and were very happy with how easy it was to use once we got past getting set up.
