I use to have the large Le Creuset Dutch oven years ago, but somewhere along the years of multiple moves to different homes in different states I lost her! I was speechless to see that to replace the Le Creuset would cost around $400! I found this beauty for $59 and figured it would be fine for the occasional times I would need to be using it. Mainly for holiday cooking and entertaining. This DIJA Dutch oven is amazing. VERY HEAVY and beautifully designed. Can definitely also use it for serving. It comes with a red silicon pad and two silicon pot holders. I will definitely be buy other items from this manufacturer.
