Review on Cangshan 1020380 German Forged 3 5 Inch by Heather Smith

I bought two N1 series forged knives from German Cangshan steel and I like them. I was suspicious of the purchase price as other knives were disappointing. In the end I decided to bite the bullet and it was worth it. The twin knife is well balanced and has a very sharp blade. (My significant other cut the tip of her thumb the first time.) Slicing vegetables is like slicing butter with a hot knife. I've also used it to cut steaks and chicken with ease. It is not recommended to wash it in the dishwasher, so I didn't. I hand wash it after each use and there is no pitting or rust on it. If you're tired of working for groceries, this knife is for you.
