Hand crafted full tang knives forged from fine grained, X50CrMoV15 German Steel for incredible durability, stain resistance and exceptional edge retention. Each blade goes through an (ultra6) stage heat treatment ensuring every blade maintains it's strength and function. HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. Well balanced 5.5" handle and 7" blade with HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. This paring knife is small, ideal for peeling and other small or intricate work, like de-veining shrimp, removing the seeds from peppers and cutting small garnishes. Designed to be an all-purpose knife. NSF International Certified. Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects. Wash knives with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully and dry with a towel.

Not Satisfied with This Purchase

As a frequent Home and Kitchen shopper, I was disappointed with my recent purchase of a certain 3.5-inch Kitchen Utensil. According to my experience, the product`s grip was initially promising but quickly became slippery and uncomfortable. Additionally, the utensil struggled to maintain a sharp edge, making meal prep a cumbersome experience. While the price point may be attractive for a budget shopper, the quality simply did not live up to my expectations..

Love love this knife

I bought two N1 series forged knives from German Cangshan steel and I like them. I was suspicious of the purchase price as other knives were disappointing. In the end I decided to bite the bullet and it was worth it. The twin knife is well balanced and has a very sharp blade. (My significant other cut the tip of her thumb the first time.)
