High performance motorcycles and most high end European motorcycles have "floating" brake discs which reduce or eliminate brake pulsation often caused by warped discs (overheating) or twisted wheels (loose spokes or wear) is caused. These rotors or similar should be present on every Harley Davidson considering their price.
