This item works very well. Depending on your vehicle, it may take a little work to turn it on properly. Basically you need to attach the camera to the license plate, run the wire to the trunk and then to the reverse light and connect power and ground there. Once this is done, the power will turn on automatically when the taillight is activated when the vehicle is reversed on. Connected to either the cigarette lighter or directly to the fuse box (wiring included for both options), the screen automatically turns on and shows you what's behind you. There is also a grid (see image) to give you an idea of how far away objects are from you. A key feature of this model is that it transmits wirelessly from the trunk to the screen, so you don't have to run cables from the front of the car to the back. The screen mount works well. The screen is magnetically attached to it. Any magnetic mount can be used. Otherwise no problem.
