Slightly slower than OEM. Use the right tools!
The fan is well made and fits perfectly, installation is NO fun! 2016 Cherokee, these are TORX screws, not Phillips screws. Use a TORX head on a ratchet! Trying to twist it with a screwdriver requires twisting your physical body. It makes a different sound than the OEM and seems to miss the OEM's top speed as it runs no faster than the "6" setting. But it's better than the OEM that failed.
