The first thing I did when choosing a printer was Rollo or a competing Dymo. Then I read the reviews and chose Rollo for three reasons. Easy setup, customer service and print speed. Rollo offers all three. First, I wanted ease of setup since I'm by no means a computer person. The printer arrived as planned. I just plugged it in, went to their website, watched their short video and it was up and running in minutes. My only issue was that I had a customization change I needed for eBay and being unfamiliar with the Mac I inherited (lifetime Windows user) I decided to contact support to save time. Shortly after I sent the email I received a call from Kevin at Rollo and within minutes the issue was resolved. But this is where the story gets good. While Kevin was at my computer, he noticed that I had unresolved Wi-Fi issues. I assured him that this is an ongoing problem and I will work to fix it in the future. He asked if I would mind if he tried something. So Kevin started trying out the different possible problems. He had been working on it for a while when he suggested I upgrade my computer. The update was supposed to take about half an hour so Kevin said he'd call back in 30 minutes if I didn't mind. I told him he was already way past his duties so it wasn't necessary but I would appreciate it if he did. Of course I just turned the computer back on and Kevin was back on the phone. The update still hasn't fixed the problem, but he said he still has two things to try, and in fact, his latest attempt fixed a problem that had lasted for years. So they live up to their slogan that they feel they should make money from our business and don't expect it. This printer has the speed I expected. You press the print button, and before you can turn your head towards the printer, it's already printed. If you want to see this cute little printer in action, you have to be quick. I have no comparisons as this is my first label printer, but I can't think of a better printer than this. I just ordered labels folded flat so the extra tray behind the printer isn't a problem. I've only been using it for a few days, but I don't expect any problems in the future. Rollo Printer exists to monetize our business and grow their business, so I believe they will support their product in the long term. If customer service and print speed are important in your choice, there is no other printer choice that can deliver the same performance as the roller blind. prefer and trust Rollo. I think they will become the standard for thermal printing in the future and you will be one step ahead.
