The clearance and depth of the hole are critical.
Product works well. As with all hole drilling, alignment and depth are critical. The included drill bit is perfect, but make sure the holes are at or above the minimum depth. otherwise the insert will fail, cleaning the hole and damaging the surface. Purely a problem with the worker, but necessary for good results.
