It's really pretty with my rose gold iPad! The photos do not reflect this correctly. This padfolio is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something soft so it wouldn't scratch my iPad when you take it in or out. It's not as durable as the Smart Keyboard, but it costs several times less. It smells. Not bad, but definitely noticeable. I hope it disappears otherwise I will have to send it back. (I have a headache lol.) The side of the notebook (where the cover isn't attached) is very easy to remove, so you have to be careful when opening and handling it when you take it off the side. You can see it stretch slightly. If you want something pretty and you're careful about how you go about things, you'll be fine. If you're looking for something more durable and truly protective, you won't be happy.
