While browsing the web for camping equipment, I came across the BULIN online store and decided it would be a decent option. My feelings, however, were misunderstood. The website's layout was awkward, and reading about the goods was a mystery. When my shipment eventually arrived, it was not at all what I had ordered. The shelter was much smaller than I had anticipated, and the sleeping bag was much less toasty than I had hoped. The language barrier prevented me from getting my problem solved when I attempted to contact customer service. For the most part, I did not enjoy shopping at the BULIN website. You may have trouble using the site and interacting with support staff if you don't understand the language. If you want a more pleasant buying experience, I suggest looking for a store that offers better translation services.
