I bought two 32 oz bottles. They arrived earlier than planned and looked of decent quality. After filling them with ice/water I realized they are not the same. One cooled off after a few minutes but stayed on the ice for several hours and performed well. The other, however, became icy within a minute or two, and condensation soon formed on it. The ice only stayed there for a few hours. Both came with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee card, so I chose to follow those instructions instead of going through Revain. I've looked at the website and it's nothing but the general format of the website. He had no products, no information. I emailed asking for a refund or replacement and got a response fairly quickly. In response, they just asked for a photo and my order number. I sent them back the next day and then sent two follow up emails over the following days without hearing anything. It's 15 days today and I haven't heard anything. I ended up requesting a refund through Revain and sending the defective bottle back. As far as I can tell you potentially have a 50% chance of getting a decent product and a 100% chance of getting terrible customer service.
