Looks like a good bottle but the seal on one of the caps has melted. I'm not sure I would trust the quality control on the rest of the bottle. He goes back. Update: Turns out the gasket was folded because the cap was unscrewed, not warped. However, this showed that the gasket was not thick enough to withstand twisting of the lid and would collapse every time the lid was opened. No recipe for a well-sealed water bottle.

I originally gave this water bottle 3 stars because I bought it and my drink didn't stay cold for more than an hour or two. The company contacted me and offered to return the money or a new bottle of water. I chose a water bottle. I'm very glad I did this. My original must have been an accident. I suspect it had a hole in the vacuum seal or something. My new bottle keeps my drink ice cold all day and it fits in my car cup holder so I bought it and it works great!
