Works well with just one touch. Although the grip is reversible, the rest of the device is asymmetrical and only works well in one grip configuration (pull rather than push). The tool should not be used close to where you live (i.e. within 18 to 24 inches) as the handle cannot be extended far enough in the optimal position to bend the board. The key is very well made and very durable. The wrench has a pronounced tendency to move out of the horizontal plane when the handle is pulled toward you. It is often necessary to use additional "filler boards" to set the device tension correctly when straightening the boards. I've had better luck with the much cheaper Bowrench.
