Review on Contact One Communications by Balakrishna Monzon

We have used Contact One to create and deploy contact centers for our company and they have been excellent. They are very responsive to our needs and questions and are very willing to work with us to create something that is exactly what we are looking for. We have been very pleased with their work and have no complaints. Great company to work with. I don't think there is anything I can say that would be negative. The support team is very helpful and knowledgeable. We have been very happy with Contact One and have recommended them. We needed a system that was more customizable and Contact One has been able to deliver exactly what we needed.
