Seems okay so far.
This is a good surge protector for now. Candles are grounded inside. As you can see in the picture, most rectangular dowels face the ground as they are usually found at the bottom of the dowels. So the cable in white goes straight through the other outlet. This has one feature: outlets are far enough apart, enough cord to bend something else to plug in. Having 3 USB sockets is very nice. The extended cable is also good. Overall very happy with the purchase.
