In October last year, I bought a smart watch for my mother, I decided to test it myself. As a result, I liked it so much that my mother ordered new ones, and left these for herself. Since then, I have been wearing them without taking them off. You don't need to recharge often. It is convenient to track the number of steps (and this is extremely important in our sedentary lifestyle!). If you're looking for an inexpensive watch with step tracking, this is a great option.
