Review on BurningSun Bike Light Set: 1000 Lumens Super Bright, USB Rechargeable, 360° Rotatable, Waterproof, Cycling Headlight and Taillight Combo by Dwayne Pore

I have used this flashlight as a dog running light and as a normal flashlight - very bright! This part was great (never tried to connect it to my bike) but yesterday I noticed that the USB port on the device is blocked so I can't charge it. Damn. Either way, three stars might be generous, but it would be five stars had it not been for this issue appearing after just a few months of use (although I've used it a lot in those few months). The next thing I can find out is how good their customer service is. As a small flashlight, it was great while it worked! ***** Update: May 9, 2020 **** Wow! Sweet customer service! I went through the Revain contact system and told these people about the issue and they hooked me up to a brand new one so quickly! Very impressed with this product support. Now that I know that a light USB connection can become an issue over time, I know I need to take better care to minimize user-induced wear and tear as much as possible.
