The product is not very thick but doesn't feel cheap, the problem is that it tends forward with any weight when using the suction cup function. I tried different lengths on my arm and also without the phone case but it ended up leaning forward especially when it was warm and the dashboard got hot. Make sure the surface is very clean and flat. It appears to be hanging freely, leaning down, not up. It also wobbles and wobbles back and forth, to the point where you're unable to focus on the screen quickly and securely. The opening and closing mechanism on the temples works well, as does the loading function. If only there was a better way to attach your hand to the dashboard, that would be great.
