felt drier than usual upon unpacking. Texture is stiff and not as smooth and easy to shape as it should be. It feels like it's been left out and exposed to the air for too long. It doesn't fit me and trying to shape something is extremely difficult. I hope it was just a bad batch because judging by most reviews this is a good product. Such a crap!
