I like that this platform is so easy to navigate, and that it has all of my favorite tools right in one spot! It is very intuitive and offers many different features for managers to use. The support team is also amazing, they answer any questions I have quickly and are always willing to help me out if I am having trouble! I dislike nothing about this program, really. It's great for companies of all sizes, and their user-friendly layout makes things much easier than other platforms. My current workplace uses Saba. We were able to create a unified system that allows us to track employee time and attendance, document our open positions, schedule employee training courses online, and more!
