Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.

I used it only for sleep, I didn’t have enough patience for more than 2 hours, I don’t recommend it: it’s unsuitable for constant wear.
With its pros:
It compresses and warms the shoulder well, especially if you smear the shoulder with snake ointment before dressing :)
Has some cons:
Prickly: small synthetic threads dig into the skin and it is very uncomfortable. The strap that is around the body constantly slips.
