Our housemates' cat had fleas, which ended up causing an infestation in the common areas of the house. So, while in the process of taking care of the infestation, my husband and I were getting bit up. In an attempt to soothe the itchiness, we got this lotion. Now, I wasn't expecting amazing results considering this isn't made specifically for flea bites. With that in consideration, this lotion did fairly okay. It didn't make the itchiness go away completely but it did provide a bit of relief. It did, however, soothe my dry skin! It actually did better than the Working Hands lotion. As far as the smell, like others have stated, it IS fairly strong. It's not a bad smell. It's minty and you can definitely smell the tea tree oil. Very earthy smell. All in all, this was a very good buy for us. Would purchase again in the future.
