Very good solution with many features
I really like that it is very flexible, customizable and has an interface that is easy to use. It is also very simple to install, configure and deploy. The support is great too! We have had some minor issues but they were resolved promptly. This software is not free (which is another downside) however you can get a limited version and try it. If you are looking for a product which will help your organization better manage the social media in real-time, then this software is perfect for you! We are able to keep track of our customers' review activity. We can see who reviews what products or services and how frequently those reviews come in.

- User friendly UI/UX design with many features available out there already implemented without requiring much development work from my end as well:
- Customization capabilities through configuration files & SQL queries within database itself instead having separate plugins installed separately into wordpress system making them less secure than intended by developers while we don't need so if these security measures applied at plugin
