Review on 🧶 Bernat Blanket Yarn, 10.5 Ounces, Coal, 1 Ball by Summer Hendricks

I wanted to crochet a new blanket for my first grandson who will be born on December 13th. I actually picked this exact yarn from my local craft store and then ordered 2 more from here! It was way better here than any of my local shops! This yarn is great for making very thick, incredibly soft blankets! I have used the same brand/type of yarn for blankets before and they are great! They are very durable and very soft! I love that my son can put a blanket on the floor for the baby knowing that anything that can be on the floor will just go through the blanket and into the baby's mouth or nose! I accidentally cut up a blanket I made for my husband a few years ago and didn't even try to fix it. It didn't come loose or loosen around the slit! I can't believe how well this yarn works to make extremely durable blankets! It also basically "weights down" the duvet! Because of the thickness of the yarn, blankets weigh a lot more than regular yarn! However, this is by no means an uncomfortable weight! The weight, thickness and softness of this yarn will put anyone who uses it to sleep! It makes a very cozy and comfortable duvet! I have many plans to make many more blankets with this brand and style of yarn! Another important aspect is the great variety of colors of this yarn! Solid colors and color mix. This is definitely my favorite yarn for blankets for the people I love. It seems like you can really feel the love that went into making it!
