Most of my patients use Glide floss. While any floss is better than no floss, the plastic/Teflon/PTFE/sliding material easily glides over a lot of plaque. Regular thread is good, but this double-thick thread is actually excellent. At first you might think it won't fit between your teeth. Unless you suffer from severe crowding to the point where you have gum problems as a result, this will fit between your teeth, it just takes a little practice. The only way to improve this would be to fill it with fluoride. Don't add perfume, it's awful and stains your hands, just add fluoride.
