The best thing about socialcops is its ability to track multiple channels across different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. It's also easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. I have noticed that the alerts are not very reliable at times. Sometimes they don't send out any notifications or sometimes they do but there's no actionable insights provided by them. Try it out for free first before you decide to go ahead with it. We are able to keep track of our influencer marketing campaigns and measure their reach and engagement.
