Both bottles have no instructions. Every Aveda product has indications. As if the shampoo doesn't smell like their packaging either. I hate that I've spent so much money and always trusted those who have sold Aveda in the past. I've had a little less itching so far, but that's about it. I think I will buy all my products from an authorized dealer again.
