Review on Bamfan by Mike Martz

After giving Bamfan a careful evaluation, I have to declare that I cannot endorse the company to anyone looking for assistive devices for mobility or regular household items. However, as compared to other respectable internet retailers, the selection in their online store is woefully lacking. In addition, I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism and slow response time from their customer support. Contacting a representative proved challenging, and when I did, they provided inadequate responses to my inquiries. I had to wait for the thing I ordered, which was irritating because I needed it urgently. The product's quality was subpar, especially considering how much I paid for it. Overall, I was not happy with my interactions with Bamfan and would not suggest them. Mobility aids and other things used in everyday life would be a gamble if purchased from this company due to their limited selection, unhelpful customer support, and low quality.
