Review on Sabrent Thunderbolt Ethernet Adapter TH S3EA by Darth Naubert

Well I can't say enough about a product that offers 2.5Gbps advertises and actually works like a standard 1Gbps adapter. !I have extensively tested the adapter in conjunction with a 10GbE multi-gigabit switch and a non-active 10GbE network NAS. Basically it ran at 1.2Gb/s at boot at times and wasn't stable, more on the order of a standard 1Gb/s adapter! The downloads were even worse, the speed was 700/800 Mbe! This has been tested with the latest adapter drivers with both the new USB-C and USB 3 port for laptops and the new USB-C and USB 3 port for desktops running the latest version of Windows 10 Professional is performed. The Ethernet cable used was CAT 7 (10 Gbe) compatible. Don't waste money!
