After figuring out how to fit this stand to my Tesla Model 3 (illustrated instructions to be worked out), I really liked the stand. It's durable, lightweight, foldable and small to put in your trunk or garage when you don't need it. Installation doesn't take long after the initial installation. I like the orange padded brackets that fit under the bottom edge of the trunk and rest on top of the bumper. The upper strap brackets are also coated. Although they run under the top edge of the trunk, they do not come into contact with the outside of the trunk when the seat belts are properly tightened. These brackets are designed to protect your paintwork. (See photos) Other reviewers have expressed concern that the springs in the pull buckles can slip and loosen the straps when moving. . I found a simple solution. Simply grab the extra strap and wrap it tightly around the tensioned strap next to the buckle. Tuck the end under one of the bandage loops. Even if you press the buckle now, the strap won't come loose until you unwrap the excess. I would recommend doing this wrapping only after your bike is secured to the rack and you have re-tightened the straps. Make sure the rack does not move sideways or up and down out of the trunk. If so, then you did everything right. However, it is still advisable to stop after a few kilometers to check everything one last time and tighten it if necessary. Now enjoy your ride.
