Much better firmware than some of the others in market
Nice DVR for the money, have yet to check out the network capabilities of the unit but all the expected settings are present. so I may configure it for whatever might encounter. The image quality and night vision capabilities are dependent on my cameras so I'm not considering any of that in this review, even though the displayed images are more than adequate. Setup was simple. Just follow the built in wizard and you are all set. This dvr even has facilities to recover from forgotten passwords as well as having 2 user accounts as default. Much better firmware on this unit than on my other no-name dvr. a lost password being the reason it was rendered useless.
