I have powder so I needed a medium door. It took the cats a minute to use the lid so I started doing that until they got used to their kennel. Now they are world champions. I like the transparent plastic and especially the magnetic closure. I never have to worry about them locking from the outside or getting their paw stuck in the door (like I've read about other lockers). A small complaint: I would like the door it closes to be able to stay attached when lifted. . It's okay to keep her out of the way, but if she falls, breaks, etc., we'll be in trouble. Very strong, reliable door. Highly recommended!
