Review on Salewa Lite Train Malta Orange: Lightweight and Dynamic Training Shoe for Performance Enthusiasts on Sale Now! by Daniel Delgado

Ottime: my review in my review

I didn't buy these shoes for mountain trail running, I bought them to wear on obstacle courses. For me, the most important thing is the grip, because the obstacles are often slippery, etc. The comfort that you need to run fast was of secondary importance to me at this point. It's really very distinctive. I tried out the shoe for a 10km walk today. Initially stiff, but quickly became more supple. It was good, not outstanding, but good. Compared to a running shoe for asphalt, it comes with less cushioning, you notice that immediately. Nevertheless, they are sufficiently comfortable. But as I said: no substitute for regular running shoes for road races. On the trail, the cushioning is of course of secondary importance, since the ground is often softer. The tip for people with wide feet (so-called "2E"): do not buy the narrow version, but make sure to choose the normal width. Also: choose one size larger, I'm size 44.5 in low shoes. here size 46 was mandatory. Processing otherwise impeccable, just Salewa.
