I like how easy it was for me as our tech support person or admin user who doesn't have any field expertise at all; It guides you stepwise through what needs accomplished so there's no guesswork involved! The training process can be overwhelming if not done properly with proper guidance from someone familiar but once we got past those hurdles things were much easier than expected (or hoped!) We are able streamline some of processes which saves time AND money since now my team isn’t having multiple people looking into different pieces/systems when they could just do one thing well instead many times before needing help anyway - saving us both staff hours plus allowing more productive workflows overall within other teams too without requiring extra assistance needed due lack thereof because these systems run smoothly together seamlessly etc..
