UPDATE (Just adding to the list.): Now the pump swap is LOUD and I even set it to quiet and at a reduced speed but that doesn't help. I don't know what's going on inside, but it doesn't sound very good. Cooling isn't very good either, so I'm pretty sure the pump is defective. FIRST RATING: A defective fan bearing makes a loud noise after just a few days. Sold out, therefore no guarantee. immediately responded with excuses that they needed more information. When I immediately replied with all the information (T crossed out and I dotted) they had nothing left to ask to bypass the warranty. so they banned me. You call during COVID-related business hours and the phone line hangs up. It later reappeared in stock, so I got a replacement. That is ALSO defective (this time the LEDs). Again no help. Now I'm getting a replacement for my spare BUT I'm trying it out of curiosity - I won't be keeping it. or I'll be screwed in 30 days if that one fails too. DO YOURSELF SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOGLE NZXT - I thought about it. just mad at people. but they proved that all the stories were true. Happened to me too.
