As I said in my title, this is a piece of junk. I was hoping that the way it was advertised would be helpful when cleaning the windows outside in my apartment. I was completely wrong! The wiper protrudes to prevent the scrubber from making full contact with the glass. Also, the screws holding the parts in place will loosen once you start applying force to them, making it an unusable product. This product is so cheap it didn't even come with assembly instructions - not that it was difficult - but how bad is it when no instructions are included? Conclusion: Pure scrap! I was royally robbed! I wish the seller and the company a complete closure of their business.
