Review on 🔗 CURT 60692 Puck System Gooseneck Hitch Kit: 30K, 2-5/16-In Ball, Fits Silverado, Sierra 2500, 3500 HD, F-250, F-350, Titan XD by James Duffield

I tow 2-3 times a week for about 15,000. I've had this product for about 6 months and love how it works when towing. The problem is that I can't figure it out, the retaining balls seem to be stuck. The good thing about buying from Ford is that it would be their problem, not mine. I am contacting the manufacturer today and will adjust my rating based on their response. This is my only complaint, but it's pretty serious folks. After contacting Kurt we were unable to fix the ball I have and I had to remove the stuck one by lifting it up on chains with a 10 ton digger and hitting it with a sledgehammer. I don't know how I would have removed it without a backhoe. Kurt quickly replaced the hitch and after 6 months I lubricated it liberally with white lithium grease (works well on chains) with no problems.
