CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Again, having problems with the sound. Can't find a support contact so I used contact information from 2019. These people responded immediately and solved my problem. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars. Customer support helped me solve my audio issues. I like that it fits my 144" screen with no problems. The color was fine, nothing Special but it went well with the movie (Volt) the kids were watching.We plan to have a movie night every weekend this summer weather permitting so hopefully the volume won't be an issue and the picture quality will improve improve for other movies. The update will be updated after multiple use.
