The iPad slots are too deep and don't cover the camera lens when you close the lid (iPad uses the camera to see when it's closed). So if you close the lid and your iPad goes to sleep, it doesn't. To be fair, this only happens when you're playing music or running an app with white noise, but unless you manually put the iPad screen to sleep it will drain the battery overnight. Now if you carefully align the cover, you can force it to cover the camera lens and it will go to sleep, but if you give it even a small nudge it will move to where one of the slots is and come back. The real kicker is that the "deep" slots aren't even up to the task of holding the iPad upright from the start. You can't even use the front slot as it slides out, and the rear one isn't much better. Do not buy! I know it's cheap but not worth it.
