Love the look and size, the top fill feature and the fact that it connects via USB, but every time I use it longer than a half hour use, water floats on the top. He did it right out of the box and after three different cleaning cycles, following the instructions and using the replacement parts that came with it. I missed the return window so should keep it, but it's not being used much, if at all, on the plants I bought it for.
