I had high hopes for this product and the 2K camera helps ensure your pool doesn't overflow but its ability to fully capture images leaves a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the entire system had to be restarted when the battery was changed. and then I had to fix all sorts of errors. Repeatedly powering on and restarting eventually fixed the problems. I tried to use the CHAT service (I have 90 days) but it was unavailable on Monday at 9:00am PST. I was on hold for 30 minutes and was always NUMBER 4 in line. I finally gave up. I still haven't fixed the AC adapter disconnected error (which doesn't make sense since the camera is battery powered). Very disappointing. The community is also useless.
