One of my all time favorite proteins - and I've tried many. After trying all three flavors, this vanilla protein is one of the best vanilla flavored protein powders out there. Chocolate is good too (but Optimum Nutrition does a great job with chocolate flavors too). Strawberries are fine if you like the taste of fake strawberry milk. All three are very soluble, but I find vanilla and strawberry mix in milk much easier than chocolate. All three dissolve very easily in water. Of course, the results are difficult to measure. There are protein options that contain the same or more protein per calorie. However, as long as you're not cutting and looking at your macros, this is a great product.
