This is a relatively lightweight handheld vacuum designed for cleaning pets in small areas. I used it to clean car seats. The most pressing problem was finding replacement filters. The original model number was: HLVBF10. I checked many appliance and hardware stores in our area, large and small, and the filters were sold out. I have contacted Black + Decker at 1-888-678-7278 between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. I ordered four replacement filters for home delivery. However, the CS representative added that a new replacement filter model, Model #: N831416, is currently being produced to replace the older replacement filter. I hope this information helps anyone who has purchased this Black+Decker Furbuster.
