They work great BUT the teddy bear is in the install!
This product is a new genuine spare part that works as intended! The problem is getting the old jack out of the pigtail receiver. The only way to get the old one out was to use a tiny Harbor Freight C-Clip to snap the receiver's retaining clip into place and use a hooked can opener to partially clip the old socket out of the receiver. Then loosen the C-clamp and pull the socket all the way out. I don't blame this product, it's just the original "tight" pigtail and socket receiver design.
