A lot of problems set up machine

The pre-installed item, a cat, printed well, but when my husband tried to print something else he had all kinds of problem, leveling, temperature, etc. If I would have known all this I would have purchased another 3-d printer. Oh and the manual does not help. Once he updated all the firm the manual that came with the printer was obsolete. If you want a 3-D printer do your homework and don't buy from this company.
