I was shocked at how heavy this material was. They are usually very light and mostly not hard. The metal is solid and the finish is so smooth, matte, that it matches my oiled bronze fittings (although they're matte black!). Very modern and my cheap kids bathroom tile looks better than the ugly chrome! Now I want to replace the tiles to match my new fixtures lol. I'm a cynic at heart, these lights are great and I can say they will last as long as the style! This is a better quality than the other Moen set we bought for the main bathroom shower! I might buy this to replace this set. Same brand but higher quality.
