Good: I had no problems installing it, it turned on, performance is in line with NVME drives. Bad: Crystaldiskmark reports 2450 MB/s reading and 2650 MB/s writing. Sites reviewing this product report 3300 MB/s read and 2600 MB/s write. That's a pretty big difference. I hope Mushkin has an updated firmware or something. Ugly: To make matters worse, this product is not even listed on the manufacturer's website. I opened a ticket with the manufacturer's support to see how they react, maybe they have an updated firmware. I'll report what's going on here. In other words, if you want an SM2262EN-based NVME SSD in the meantime, I'd recommend the HP EX950 or ADATA XPG SX8200 pro. Edit: I am revising my review to 5 stars. . Mushkin replied to me a few hours after I submitted a support request. The person who responded was knowledgeable and helped me fix the hard drive slowness. Turns out my Dell XPS 15 9570 laptop was having weird issues with this drive (weird issues in general). When I retested the drive on my desktop system with the Z270 chipset, the results were as expected. I had 3300+ MB/s reading and 2800+ MB/s writing.
