Great for managing customer experience during busy periods

The ability for our sales team members across different geographies are able to access live chat from anywhere without having their computer or mobile device open up which saves us lots of bandwidth when we need it most! Sometimes I am not sure if my messages have been seen but once they do appear then everything works as expected so no issues there really!! It would be nice though maybe adding some sort of notification system where people who receive your message could get notified via email/mobile etc? Otherwise great product - very easy integration into Salesforce & Zendesk platform too.- Live Chat has helped reduce wait times between customer contact points within teams allowing faster resolutions during busy periods.
