As soon as I received this kit after a long wait, I filled out the Revain section to report problems and set everything up. I never received a reply from Revane or whoever sent me the package. This was the most disappointing purchase I've ever made. The photo looked beautiful, of course, but what was delivered was nothing of the sort. The material was completely unsuitable for the project and of very poor quality. It was so dense that neither a needle nor tape could fit through. The entire tape was of very poor quality and faded in color. The tape wasn't even half of what was needed to complete the project. The instructions were incomplete and somewhat incomprehensible. There was no information on how to return it or ask for help from whoever sent it to me, and again no response from Revain. So my favorite five star organizer bag that I bought is empty. Something needs to be done when people trust you with their money and receive a product like this.
